Full Job Description
We are urgently seeking for a person who is going to work on our premises as a Retail Shop Assistant with some experience in the Agriculture sector.

Qualification: High School and Pastel Partner experience.

2- 5 years experience.

Shop Assistant Responsibilities:

Receiving, organising, and processing retail shop stock and deliveries accordingly.
Replenishing finished or low shop items and making sure that the sales floor is organized according.
Helping customers in finding desired shop items.
Conducting regular price audits to identify and correct price discrepancies.
Listening and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner.
Processing customer payments using the shop’s Point of Sale (Pastel Partner) system.
Keeping an in-depth knowledge of store items to offer advice and recommendations as needed.
Monthly stock take.
Shop Assistant Requirements:

Be able to use Point of Sale (Pastel Partner) software – Non Negotiable
High school qualifications.
Proven retail nursery sales experience.
Be able to work in a fast-paced nursery environment.
Strong organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Detail-oriented
Knowledge on nursery products is need.
Good command,in writing and listening in Afrikaans & English.
