This time it is the production of Rhythm City that has been stopped after one of the entertainers tested positive for the infection.
Various sources close to the production said an entertainer was at that point in disconnection.
“We found out on Tuesday about her test,” said a source.
“We were told the cast and team were going to shoot enough scenes until we return to work. We will be off for about two weeks.”
Evidently the production group went home very late on Tuesday since they shot additional scenes. Said another source: “We were informed by means of SMS pertaining her condition. It was agreed that we should take some time off, so the set could be disinfected”
A third source said the on-screen character will act naturally disengaging for the following two weeks, and each and every individual who came into contact with her will be screened. When reached, the on-screen character said she was not in a situation to make any comments.
Mood City marketing expert Tumi Mohlala said the team and cast who were in contact with the on-screen character have gone for testing. “We are eagerly waiting for results. Until then the point our studios will be purified and cleaned,” said Mohlala
Musicality City is one of many neighborhood creations that have as of late been forced to close down due to security concerns.
The River halted creation not long ago after team and cast went into self-segregation.
Nomsa Philiso of M-Net said the creation continued on 13 June.
Creation house, Tshedza Pictures closed the set as individuals went into self-isolation and went for trial.
The set was disinfected during this period and kept screening of all representatives will occur, she said.
