Department of Health: Nursing Traineeship Program 2021

The North West Department of Health has issued a Nursing Traineeship program for 2021. The 3year Bursary program will give applicants an opportunity to be trained at Northwest College of Nursing. Upon completion of this program, the successful candidates will be awarded a diploma that will lead to registration as Register nurse-SANC R171

Requirements:
A matric certificate with the following compulsory subjects:
English :(Level 4)
Life science :(Level 4)
Any other two subjects with a score of 50 % or more except Life orientation.
All other scores should add up to a minimum of 23 points.

Here is how you can calculate your APS scores:
(80%-100%) 7
(70%- 79%) 6
(60%- 69%) 5
(50%- 59%) 4
(40%- 49%) 3
(30%- 39%) 2
(0% – 29%) 1
