Job Description:

As our Process Analyst you would lead the activities required for successful design and implementation of a global planning process in Anglo American.
Key Tasks

Define, design and support implementation of the changes required to Finance processes, in particular the Finance planning process for 2021

Work with the Delivery Lead and business SMEs to establish the plan approach, framework, structures and change management requirements for new process implementation

Research and interview of internal stakeholders to determine current and future operating procedures related to the scope of the change

Validation of existing documented processes flows to determine if fit for purpose and ensure the logical sequence of their output

Partnering with subject matter experts to understand application and documentation requirements through workshops, interviews and other methods

Responsible for documentation of new process flows and updates to existing material

This role is a Band 6 Level and reports to Beyond Finance – Financial Planning & Feedback Project Lead

Qualifications:

Educated to degree level

Experience of working with cross-geographical teams and cultures

Experience using Process Analysis and Lean techniques e.g. Six Sigma

Strong English language skills

May require some travel
