Traffic Manager
Purpose:
To proactively manage and plan the schedule and traffic of all creative functions within the marketing department ensuring that all jobs are delivered on time and within the brief.

Key Responsibilities:

Studio Production Co-ordination:

Proactively and collaboratively work with the creative and brand teams by monitoring the overall resource allocation and team availability to ensure the work is distributed evenly and deadlines are achieved.

Lead weekly department traffic meetings with updates on all artwork tracking with both creative and brand teams by reviewing the progress of the job to ensure that timings are still in place and to flag all urgent jobs.

Check final work against the initial brief requirements and log job back into traffic for required amendments and record final signed off approval to ensure what was briefed is what is coming out of the system.

Track creative heads review/approval progress and take note of brand review feedback to ensure we have all the changes captured on Wrike (project management software) and can always refer back it if there is a problem that arises.

Managing and planning all work through the creative department by monitoring and review the progress against the job timeline and provide communication which supports timeous completion to ensure all deadlines are met and the work is produced correctly.

Open studio job bags and load jobs onto the system to reflect timings for each job created in order to pull reports as well as to have references of all jobs that have gone through the system

Receive windows plan and media calendar from brand teams and update the traffic document (Wrike) reflects calendar changes and windows timings and maintain on a daily basis to ensure that we plan ahead and have the correct amount of resources to action each job.

Update the minutes of the meeting and share this with the teams so we have a record of all changes that have been made per job.

Requirements:

Education:

Relevant qualification (Marketing/advertising).

Experience:

5+ years in a similar role (preferably within an advertising agency environment/ project management)

Knowledge/ Skills:

Thorough understanding of the creative process; project management & project management software (WRIKE).
