Operations Graduate Trainee
Boxer Superstores is a rapidly growing Supermarket chain operating in all provinces throughout South Africa. Owing to our growth, we are looking for recent graduates to become Retail Graduate Trainees in our stores throughout all Provinces.
The successfully recruited Graduate Trainee will literally begin their Boxer journey on the sales floor of a supermarket before working their way through other areas in the business. The primary focus of the program will be to participate in training experience, learn new skills, and to demonstrate increasing proficiency and expertise with managerial responsibilities. This Graduate Trainee Programme should prepare you for future development in the company, which includes, but not limited to areas of operations management, people management and retail management.
Qualifications and experience
A university degree is essential
Some retail experience will be an added advantage

Warehouse Manager
Boxer Superstores, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pick and Pay, is a rapidly growing Supermarket discount chain operating in all provinces throughout South Africa. Supply chain is a key component of this growth and as such, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager, from the Eastern Cape area to join our East London DC.
Job Deliverables
Reporting to the Distribution Manager, this position exists to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse, from inbound to outbound and everything in between.
Main Job Functions
Manage inbound and ensure picking and loading plan is met
Manage warehouse /logistics and transport planning
Manage controllable expenses
Check schedules for service and maintenance of machines/equipment
Meeting KPI’s – DC meets targets
Implement and monitor OHS
Staff management
Qualifications and experience
An appropriate post matric qualification is required
5 years warehousing experience
Transport and logistics experience
Knowledge of a WMS system is non-negotiable
