1. Work Output Description
Ensure that a dedicated section of the operational process operates effectively from a current and future best practice perspective. Manage and plan for the development & provision of mining work practices, structures and services, which will contribute to the overall safety, health, and sustained profitability of the Operational Area.
Minimum Requirements
– Grade 12 / Matric and Blasting Certificate
– Mine Overseer certificate of competency
– 3-5 Years experience working as a Mine Overseer in Trackless Development
– Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office & SAP 3. Advantageous
– Diploma in Mining engineering would be considered an advantageous
– 5 years Trackless mining experience

Physical/Legal Requirements:
-Fit for Duty/Certificate of Fitness
– Clear Credit/Criminal Record

Description
1. Work Output Description
Ensure that rules / regulations and management specifics pertaining to daily tasks, safe handling of explosives, effective handling of equipment are complied with and reporting or dealing with any breaching thereof.
2. Minimum Requirements – Grade12 / Matric Certificate is required
– Blasting Certificate
– 1-3 Years experience as TMM Miner 3. Advantageous
– 3-5 years trackless mining experience
4. Skills and Knowledge
– Communication Skills and Problem-Solving Skills
– Conflict Management Skills – Communication skills and English literacy
– Basic knowledge of trackless Machinery
5. Physical/Legal Requirements
– Code 8 Drivers License
– Obtain medical fitness certificate
– RFAC and HTS (Heat Tolerance Screening)
– Clear Credit / Criminal Record
